All personal training programmes are billed on a monthly basis from when you start your programme. Once you have completed your programme, we will review your progress and from there you are ready to sign up for another programme. How long a programme lasts will depend on your goals motivation and budget. I have clients that work with me indefinitely and clients that do three months at at time to get ready for a holiday. It's completley flexible and we agree a timescale for your individual fitness goal.
